What comes with it, and where the limits are
Everything clinical is unlimited. Insurance transactions, dictation, text reminders and fax are the things that aren't: each costs real money at the other end, so instead of burying a markup in your subscription we set a monthly allowance and publish the rate past it.

Allowances reset monthly and pool across the whole practice, including on annual plans: a light month for one provider covers a heavy month for another. Telehealth, charting, AI notes, email reminders and payment posting carry no per-use charges. A cash-pay practice pays the subscription and nothing else. Usage accrues visibly in the app, so you will never open an invoice you couldn't have predicted.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?
Neither. You pay month to month, or annually for two months free, and you can cancel at any time.
What counts as a provider?
Everyone who sees patients, including prescribers. Front-desk, billing and management users are unlimited and included.
How does the seat pricing step down?
$79 each for the first five provider seats, $74 each for seats six through fifteen, and $69 each after that. The calculator above applies the tiers for you.
What does annual billing cost?
Ten times your monthly subscription, so two months free. Allowances still reset monthly.
How does the free trial work?
Seven days, no setup fee. You build your plan, create your account, review and sign your agreements, including the BAA, then add a card. The trial sandbox lets you try billing, e-prescribing, fax and SMS with sample data; live transactions begin with paid activation. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged.
What happens past a monthly allowance?
Usage past the allowance is billed at the published rates in the table above, on your next invoice. Usage accrues visibly in the app, allowances pool across the practice, and a cash-pay practice never touches them.
